Option: Overhead conveyor for fruits and vegetables

CMAT overhead conveyors with rope, cable or belt ensure the continuous feeding of workstations through a closed monorail circuit, designed for handling light loads. They can be equipped with automatic loading systems using hooks or carriers, in single-item or stacked mode, as well as mechanized or automated unloading systems. Parts, crates or cartons are efficiently transferred to washing or processing areas via chutes, ramps or unloading arms.

Overhead Conveyor for Fruits and Vegetables

This system provides overhead or floor-level material handling for empty packaging or fruits and vegetables, using trays or hooks. Combined with roller tables, the overhead conveyor allows product handling from the reception stage or carton former through to final packaging.

Automatic Loading and Unloading of Boxes, Containers and Trays

CMAT has developed peripheral systems to facilitate and reduce handling operations on its overhead conveyors. Mechanized or automated loading solutions using carriers or hooks ensure a seamless connection between the carton former and the overhead conveyor. We also offer mechanized or automated unloading systems that direct containers or boxes toward packing stations, washers or compactors, optimizing material flow and improving process ergonomics.

Workstation Supply : Storage Systems, Lifts, Tables and Conveyors

Ergonomic material handling assistance systems, complementary to conveyors, are designed to organize and optimize workstations. Rotary storage units, vertical storage systems and lifts ensure mechanized product transfer and storage, while reducing physical strain associated with repetitive movements and awkward postures.
